Evergreen Printing & Graphics’s online stationery ordering system is designed to ensure the correct and consistent use of a logo system, typography and color pallet that identifies your institution. Your University approved stationery templates will be placed on our online stationery ordering system for use by authorized University staff members and they cannot be altered without the expressed written approval from the University. We will print all stationery items using your College or University’s Visual Identity guidelines and approved templates.

The online ordering system can be added as a link to your Purchasing Department, In-House Printing Department, Communication and Public Affairs or Publications and Graphic Services websites. Additionally, account numbers and/or cost center information will be captured for internal charge back purposes. The system can provide a variety of reports including usage by individual departments and associated costs.
